Plot: Schmidt and Jenko have known each other for years, however not in a friendly sort of way. Schmidt and Jenko went to high school together. Jenko was a popular jock who made Schmidt’s life a living nightmare. Years later they find themselves together once again as under achieving cops working in the same district. Due to their lack of experience they are sent to 21 Jump Street, an undercover programme. They are sent back to highschool as undercover cops to blend in uncover a notorious drug ring. However as time ticks on, the duo has to act fast.

Comments: This hilarious movie is unique and different in so many ways. I loved the twist on a generic storyline. The relationship between Tatum and Hill was electric, creating many hilarious moments of pure brilliance. The supporting actors helped create an atmosphere which was both tense and light-hearted. I find it very hard to fault this movie, I loved the characters, the setting and the plot. It is the type of movie which can make you laugh out loud as well as quietly cringe. Pure genius!

PlotMia Thermopolis is an average normal teacher. She chats on the phone to her friend until all hours talking about boys & living her average life, until one day when she is invited to tea at her estranged grandmother’s house. Within a matter of minutes Mia’s life changes forever when she finds out that she is a princess of a small European country called Genovia. Mia must now learn how to eat, walk, talk & wave like a princess, but will all this change be too much for Mia?

CommentsI have always been a fan of The Princess Diaries books since I was young so I was delighted to hear when they were making it into a movie. Anne Hathaway was the perfect actress to play Mia- she had both a goofy, soft & innocent personality which made her ideal for the role. Marshall balanced the perfect amount of humor, romance & overall transition of normal girl to princess. In my opinion this was a fantastic adaptation of the books by Meg Cabot which kept true to the actual story.

Plot:Two CIA agents, Tuck (Tom Hardy) and Frank (Chris Pine) are best friends. After a mission that went wrong they are benched and told to take time off work. Tuck is divorced and Frank is a ladies man. Tuck decides to start dating so he places his profile on a dating site. Lauren (Reese Witherspoon) sees Tuck's profile and decides to go on a date with him. She later meets Frank and they decide to go on a date. When they learn that they're dating the same girl, they agree to let her choose. Both don't keep their agreement and sabotage each others dates with her. Which one will she choose?

Comments:The movie involves girl talk, action, romance and a bit of comedy. This may not be for the boys but is a typical girl movie. It may be called a romantic movie but I think it's more of a bromance as it concentrates on both agents.

Director: Judd Apatow

Actors: Paul Rudd, Leslie Mann, Maude Apatow, Iris Apatow, Robert Smigel

Plot: This film follows the lives of a couple and their children as they turn 40. With stress and daughters their relationship becomes empty. As Pete (Paul Rudd) struggles to keep his business afloat, he and Debbie (Leslie Mann) must figure out their problems and enjoy their life.

Comment: 'The director cast his own wife and two children in this movie and is meant to be the second movie to the film 'Knocked Up', 'This is 40' tells the story of how they are dealing with life. There is no real story to this film, just the life of a family growing up. It is funny in parts and is enjoyable to watch. This film has had mixed reviews so you'll either like it or not.

But 15 years later when Adam’s girlfriend breaks up with him, he gets drunk and somehow wakes up in Emma’s apartment. Emma is now a medical trainee living in LA whilst Adam is working on the production team of a teen sitcom.  Both are looking for someone, without the drama so they decide to have a physical relationship. Emma hides her emotions & Adam agrees but for how long will this ‘arrangement’ last?

Comments:A funny take on a modern trend. This movie is not designed for intellectuals, although the storyline in reality is weak it still has the ability to make the audience laugh. It is entertaining & is worth a watch if you want to laugh out loud & cringe! A perfect movie for a night in with the girls!

The only thing keeping her going is her boob job, but she is a bit low on funds so she decides to befriend the new wealthy substitute teacher, but her co- workers make this more difficult than she expected.

Comments: As far as comedy movies go, I would put this movie in my top 10, the main characters were witty & their jokes fresh and new. Diaz and Timberlake were the perfect stars to this movie. The plot line- although slightly predictable towards the end was different and imaginative. Overall this is a perfect movie if you want to distract yourself for 90 minutes.
