Comment: 'Skyfall' is part of the Bond movies but you don't need to see the other movies to see this one. I thought the beginning was quite weak but it got into the James Bond style. Daniel Craig is very good in this Bond movie. It is a great action movie, which of course has a car chase and things blowing up and a it of 007 romance.

Comments:The classic storyline of good versus evil is the main theme in this movie. Streep is the perfect actress to portray Miranda she has an air of mystery about her which keeps the audience guessing. This movie gives a clear insight into the lives of those in the fashion in the industry. It is a movie which shows the transformation of Hathaway from ‘ innocent duckling’ to ‘cunning swan’.

Director: David Frankel
Actors: Jennifer Aniston, Owen Wilson
Plot:This movie follows the busy lives of John and Jennifer Grogan, two aspiring journalists as they deal with a boisterous Labrador, Marley. Set in sunny locations all around Florida, this movie has an upbeat feel to it. Marley, who was named after the famous Bob Marley allows his sunny, positive attitude to appear throughout the movie.
Comments: As I always say, it is hard to make a movie as good as a book however in this case, I believe Frankel has somewhat succeeded. I believe the actors play a big part in making this movie a success. When I imagined what John and Jen Grogan would look like, Wilson & Aniston seem to fit perfectly. Their acting brought alive the plot line and both were easily relate -able to the viewers. This movie in my opinion was a huge success because it stuck closely to the story being told.

Plot: Mia Thermopolis is an average normal teacher. She chats on the phone to her friend until all hours talking about boys & living her average life, until one day when she is invited to tea at her estranged grandmother’s house. Within a matter of minutes Mia’s life changes forever when she finds out that she is a princess of a small European country called Genovia. Mia must now learn how to eat, walk, talk & wave like a princess, but will all this change be too much for Mia?
Comments: I have always been a fan of The Princess Diaries books since I was young so I was delighted to hear when they were making it into a movie. Anne Hathaway was the perfect actress to play Mia- she had both a goofy, soft & innocent personality which made her ideal for the role. Marshall balanced the perfect amount of humor, romance & overall transition of normal girl to princess. In my opinion this was a fantastic adaptation of the books by Meg Cabot which kept true to the actual story.

When they learn that they're dating the same girl, they agree to let her choose. Both don't keep their agreement and sabotage each others dates with her. Which one will she choose?
Comments:The movie involves girl talk, action, romance and a bit of comedy. This may not be for the boys but is a typical girl movie. It may be called a romantic movie but I think it's more of a bromance as it concentrates on both agents.

Emma is now a medical trainee living in LA whilst Adam is working on the production team of a teen sitcom. Both are looking for someone, without the drama so they decide to have a physical relationship. Emma hides her emotions & Adam agrees but for how long will this ‘arrangement’ last?
Comments:A funny take on a modern trend. This movie is not designed for intellectuals, although the storyline in reality is weak it still has the ability to make the audience laugh. It is entertaining & is worth a watch if you want to laugh out loud & cringe! A perfect movie for a night in with the girls!
